Nutritional Coaching was created in 2008.
Our professional project is respectful of people and the planet. We like to enjoy our work, reconcile personal and professional life, and we have made Nutritional Coaching a place where people grow. We are driven by a collaborative spirit and proactivity.
We are the first consultancy specialized in Nutritional Coaching in the world. We have been working since 2008 in this new approach, helping our patients and providing training to nutritionists and health and sports professionals in Spain and Latin America. More than 1500 patients have been treated in our offices and more than 15000 students have been trained with us in classroom mode in Spain and Latin America and in On Line mode.
We offer specialized services in the area of nutrition and food through various lines of work: nutritional consultation, nutritional coaching, advice, training and research to individuals, health professionals and companies in the sector.

Mission
Our mission is, from the philosophy of nutritional coaching, to accompany people to achieve healthy eating habits, as well as to become aware of the importance of food on their health. Also to combine health and performance in sport, based on personalized nutritional advice.
Services
We offer specialized services in the area of nutrition and food through various lines of work: nutritional consultation, nutritional coaching, advice, training and research for individuals, health professionals and companies in the sector.
Colaboration
We collaborate with different national and international universities in the organization and delivery of academic events such as scientific and technical conferences on sports nutrition, masters and postgraduate courses in sports nutrition and nutrition.
Social responsibility
Our mission is, from the philosophy of nutritional coaching, to accompany people to achieve healthy eating habits, as well as to become aware of the importance of food on their health. Also to combine health and performance in sport, based on personalized nutritional advice.
To use the most current scientific evidence in all our services, so that our clients/patients can be attended in a professional and humane manner.
Milestones
- First nutritional consultancy in the world specialized in nutritional coaching and training for health professionals.
- We collaborate with prestigious universities such as the University of Barcelona, Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, UOC, Universidad Ramón Llull, Universidad Santiago de Compostela, Universidad de Guadalajara (Mexico).
- Responsible for the coordination, technical secretariat and part of the teaching of the first face-to-face Master in Nutrition in Physical Activity and Sport, organized by the University of Barcelona, Rovira i Virgili University, University of the Balearic Islands, High Performance Center CAR of Sant Cugat and INEFC Barcelona.
- We have the largest training offer in face-to-face and 100% online format in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Coaching and new approaches to patient care.
- We offer an in-person consultation service in Barcelona in several centers and also 100% On line for more than 13 years with more than 1500 patients.
Future
We want to consolidate our global project, helping more people to improve their health, physical performance and professional skills in an ethical and responsible way.
