Sin embargo, durante mucho tiempo la ciencia estudi\u00f3 sobre todo a los hombres, dejando en segundo plano las particularidades femeninas. Hoy sabemos que la nutrici\u00f3n de las mujeres requiere una mirada distinta y m\u00e1s personalizada.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"830\">En este post te contamos, de manera sencilla, c\u00f3mo evolucionan las necesidades nutricionales de las mujeres y cu\u00e1les son las claves para llevar una vida saludable en cada etapa.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"835\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"886\"><strong data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"886\">Por qu\u00e9 la nutrici\u00f3n femenina es diferente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1230\">El cuerpo de las mujeres est\u00e1 en constante di\u00e1logo con las hormonas. El ciclo menstrual, por ejemplo, puede afectar el apetito, la energ\u00eda y ciertas necesidades de vitaminas y minerales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2149\"><strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2149\">Embarazo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2364\">Aqu\u00ed el cuerpo trabaja a doble velocidad. Nutrientes como <strong data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2250\">\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, hierro, calcio y Omega-3<\/strong> se vuelven esenciales tanto para la madre como para el beb\u00e9. Adem\u00e1s, aumenta la necesidad de energ\u00eda y prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2383\"><strong data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2383\">Lactancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2593\">Durante la lactancia, las demandas nutricionales siguen siendo altas.
