S\u00e9 lo que tengo que hacer, pero no lo hago. Comer m\u00e1s fruta, hacer m\u00e1s deporte\u2026 Pues bien, si quieres tener m\u00e1s posibilidades de \u00e9xito, debes reforzar tu sentido de autoeficacia. \u00bfY qu\u00e9 es eso? La autoeficacia es el elemento clave para la toma de decisiones (alimentaci\u00f3n, ejercicio\u2026). Es la capacidad percibida que tienen las personas para realizar elecciones alimentarias saludables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfComo aumentar la autoeficacia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed te dejo algunas claves:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experimentar el \u00e9xito gracias a peque\u00f1os pasos para superar los obst\u00e1culos de tu cambio de comportamiento.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ver el \u00e9xito en otras personas similares y aprender de su experiencia.<br \/>\n\u2022 Creer realmente que tenemos lo que hace falta para el \u00e9xito.<br \/>\n\u2022 Centrarse en un objetivo espec\u00edfico y alcanzable, esto te llevar\u00e1 a tener m\u00e1s energ\u00eda e inter\u00e9s en conseguir ese y otros objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Si eres un profesional de la salud, a menudo te encuentras con pacientes que te dicen que ya saben lo que tienen que hacer, pero no lo hacen. Pues debes de saber que, para desarrollar la autoeficacia de los pacientes, el profesional de la salud puede ayudar al paciente a centrarse en un objetivo espec\u00edfico y alcanzable. Tambi\u00e9n debes saber que se aumenta la motivaci\u00f3n y el sentido de autoeficacia centr\u00e1ndose en las fortalezas e intereses del paciente, eso tambi\u00e9n es una forma de prevenir reca\u00eddas. No seas directiva\/o e impositivo, escucha al paciente y acompa\u00f1alo en lugar de dirigirlo, ver\u00e1s que cambio!<\/p>\n<p>Las personas que se sienten o perciben a s\u00ed mismos como eficaces, poseen metas m\u00e1s altas y persisten m\u00e1s en sus prop\u00f3sitos que aquellos que tienen un bajo control personal ante ciertos retos o situaciones.<br \/>\nDe esta manera la autoeficacia puede considerarse como un determinante de la conducta.
