Suele ocurrir entre los 45 y 55 a\u00f1os, con una media de 51 a\u00f1os, aunque hay casos de menopausia precoz (antes de los 40) o tard\u00eda. A menudo se habla de ella desde la p\u00e9rdida: de la fertilidad, del equilibrio hormonal, de la vitalidad. Sin embargo, esta etapa no es el final de nada, sino el comienzo de una nueva fase, <strong>una oportunidad para reconectar con el bienestar desde una perspectiva m\u00e1s consciente, priorizando la salud f\u00edsica y emocional<\/strong> con decisiones informadas y alineadas con nuestro estilo de vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchas mujeres enfrentan esta etapa con incertidumbre, preocupadas por s\u00edntomas como sofocos, cambios en el metabolismo, alteraciones del sue\u00f1o y fluctuaciones emocionales.
