Por ejemplo:<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Curiosidad<\/strong>: Invita a tu hijo a explorar los alimentos como si fueran un experimento. Ejemplo: <em>\u201c\u00bfSab\u00edas que las zanahorias ayudan a ver mejor en la oscuridad? Hagamos una prueba despu\u00e9s de cenar.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aventura<\/strong>: Presenta los alimentos como parte de una misi\u00f3n o viaje. Ejemplo: <em>\u201cHoy probaremos frutas de diferentes partes del mundo. Esta fresa es de Huelva y esta papaya es de Colombia, \u00bfte imaginas la aventura que han tenido que pasar hasta llegar aqu\u00ed?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rebeld\u00eda<\/strong>: Usa el deseo de desafiar normas de forma positiva. Ejemplo: <em>\u201cDicen que los ni\u00f1os no comen verduras\u2026 pero t\u00fa no eres como los dem\u00e1s, \u00bfverdad?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Autonom\u00eda<\/strong>: Permite que el ni\u00f1o tenga poder de decisi\u00f3n. Ejemplo: <em>\u201cHoy t\u00fa eliges c\u00f3mo cortamos las verduras: en tiras, cubos o c\u00edrculos.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Diversi\u00f3n<\/strong>: Convierte la comida en un juego. Ejemplo: <em>\u201cVamos a hacer una pizza con ingredientes de colores diferentes. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos colores puedes poner en tu plato?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Competici\u00f3n<\/strong>: Desaf\u00eda al ni\u00f1o con retos. Ejemplo: <em>\u201cA ver qui\u00e9n mastica m\u00e1s lento y puede adivinar m\u00e1s ingredientes de los que lleva esta receta.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No intentes convencer a tu hijo confrontando con \u00e9l o ella. Cuanto m\u00e1s defiendes tu postura, m\u00e1s se enroca en la suya. A las personas nos gusta tener la raz\u00f3n, a tus hijos tambi\u00e9n, as\u00ed que en lugar de enfadarte y luchar contra sus creencias como si de un combate se tratara, aprende a bailar con sus ideas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00abNo intentes convencer a tu hijo confrontando con \u00e9l o ella\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que te mueve a ti, como adulto y como madre o padre, a llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable no es lo mismo que le puede interesar a tu hijo.
