En estos eventos, los deliciosos manjares que nos rodean hacen que sea m\u00e1s probable que comamos en exceso.<\/p>\n<p>Seguramente ya has notado que cuando est\u00e1s en presencia de comida deliciosa, sueles comer m\u00e1s cantidad. Pero, \u00bfsab\u00edas que adem\u00e1s hay factores m\u00e1s sutiles que tambi\u00e9n influyen en cu\u00e1nto comes? Algunos de ellos pueden estar pasando desapercibidos y aqu\u00ed te explicamos cu\u00e1les son.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">5 Tips para no comer en exceso:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Las personas tendemos a acabarnos lo que hay en el plato. Por lo tanto, s\u00edrvete la porci\u00f3n adecuada y no te lo llenes porque una vez en el plato la orden de tu cerebro ser\u00e1 \u201ccome hasta que lo hayas acabado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Relacionado con la cantidad de la porci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 la cantidad de comida que cargamos en el cubierto. Cuanta m\u00e1s cantidad cargues m\u00e1s acabar\u00e1s comiendo. Intenta que tus bocados sean razonables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. El tiempo de masticaci\u00f3n tiene una relaci\u00f3n inversa con la tasa de ingesta. Es decir, cuanto m\u00e1s masticas, menos cantidad comes. Masticar r\u00e1pido te har\u00e1 comer de m\u00e1s sin darte cuenta. Si alargas los segundos que inviertes en la masticaci\u00f3n y el tiempo que pasa entre bocado y bocado, lograr\u00e1s comer de forma m\u00e1s pausada y atenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. La variedad y la textura de los alimentos nos hacen comer de m\u00e1s. En una mesa repleta de aperitivos vas a querer probar de todo. A menos variedad, menos necesidad de seguir comiendo. Y cuanto m\u00e1s blando, m\u00e1s quieres comer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Precisamente el tiempo que estamos sentados en una mesa y expuestos a un alimento tambi\u00e9n te har\u00e1 comer de m\u00e1s sin darte cuenta. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo pases en la mesa, m\u00e1s comes.\u00a0Especialmente si est\u00e1s en la sobremesa y lo que hay un picoteo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>La clave est\u00e1 en practicar la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La clave para no dejarte llevar por todos estos factores es la <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/en\/product\/alimentacion-consciente\/\">alimentaci\u00f3n consciente<\/a>. En lugar de empezar a devorar lo que haya en la mesa, invierte el primer minuto en conectar con el momento presente. Disfruta de toda esa comida rica, cargando una porci\u00f3n adecuada en tu \u00a0cubierto , d\u00e1ndole espacio en tu boca y tiempo a tu masticaci\u00f3n. S\u00edrvete en el plato la porci\u00f3n que creas que es adecuada para ti.
