Este estudio reciente, valor\u00f3 los efectos de una intervenci\u00f3n de extensi\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o y su relaci\u00f3n con la ingesta de calor\u00edas, el gasto de energ\u00eda y el peso corporal, evaluados objetivamente en entornos de la vida real, entre adultos con sobrepeso y que habitualmente dorm\u00edan poco.
