Pero no te preocupes que, en este post, no te vamos a hablar <strong>ni de c\u00f3mo ponerte a dieta<\/strong> (que, por cierto, no nos gusta nada la connotaci\u00f3n negativa que tiene esta frase, suena a algo tipo \u201c<em>qu\u00e9 hacer para pasar hambre<\/em>\u201d), <strong>ni de c\u00f3mo quemar m\u00e1s calor\u00edas en el gimnasio<\/strong> ni, mucho menos, de c\u00f3mo hacerlo todo a la vez.<\/p><p>En este primer post de septiembre queremos que aprendas algo muy \u00fatil para tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda, queremos que aprendas c\u00f3mo hacer tuppers saludables para empezar a llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable fuera de casa y conozcas todos los beneficios que esto conlleva para tu salud.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18515 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=800%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=300%2C169&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=1024%2C576&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=768%2C432&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=1536%2C864&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?resize=600%2C338&amp;ssl=1 600w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2.png?w=1600&amp;ssl=1 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 VENTAJAS TIENE COMER DE TUPPER?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y variada<\/strong>: seguramente no te sorprender\u00e1 si te decimos que la mayor\u00eda de las comidas que compramos fuera de casa suelen ser m\u00e1s procesadas (ricas en grasas, almidones, az\u00facares, sal, etc.), solemos incluir menos variedad y, por lo general, suelen tener un peor perfil nutricional que una comida hecha en casa donde tenemos m\u00e1s posibilidades de incluir alimentos m\u00e1s nutritivos, ricos en vitaminas, minerales, fibra, antioxidantes, prote\u00edna, etc.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si bien es cierto que cada vez hay m\u00e1s opciones saludables para comer saludable y variado fuera de casa, comer de tupper sigue siendo una mejor opci\u00f3n, te seguimos explicando por qu\u00e9.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Generan mayor saciedad<\/strong>: si eres de los que se pasan el d\u00eda picando entre horas y, dif\u00edcilmente te sacias con la comida que has pedido en el bar\/restaurante de siempre, debes saber que elaborar tus propios tuppers te puede beneficiar, ya que podr\u00e1s incorporar alimentos que te ayuden a generar una mayor saciedad. Por ejemplo, aquellos que requieran de una mayor masticaci\u00f3n, ricos en prote\u00ednas, agua, fibra, carbohidratos complejos&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>Mayor productividad<\/strong>: el hecho de llevar el tupper al trabajo puede evitar p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo y volvernos m\u00e1s productivos ya que el tiempo que dispongas para la hora de la comida lo podr\u00e1s invertir \u00edntegramente en disfrutar de un tupper delicioso y saludable junto con tus compa\u00f1eros del trabajo, desconectar y descansar para volver con las pilas cargadas al trabajo. Adem\u00e1s, recuerda que una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable contribuye a un mayor rendimiento cognitivo<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Menor gasto econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>: es evidente que comer de tupper es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico que comer cada d\u00eda fuera, pero, adem\u00e1s, debes saber que comiendo de tupper estar\u00e1s invirtiendo en salud y, por ende, estar\u00e1s ahorrando en posibles gastos futuros de tratamientos m\u00e9dicos.<\/li><li><strong>Mejor control del peso corporal<\/strong>: la comida elaborada fuera de casa suele tener m\u00e1s calor\u00edas que aquella comida que preparemos en casa. Recuerda que, para que una comida resulte sabrosa al paladar, se suelen a\u00f1adir grandes cantidades de grasas, az\u00facares, almidones, sal, etc. Si comes m\u00e1s de tupper, comida casera y saludable, probablemente te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo tener un peso saludable ya que, a diferencia de cuando comemos fuera, podr\u00e1s controlar qu\u00e9 ingredientes y en qu\u00e9 cantidad los incorporas en tus comidas.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>C\u00d3MO PREPARAR EL TUPPER PERFECTO<\/strong><\/p><p>Para preparar una comida (sea o no para el tupper del trabajo) te aconsejamos seguir el m\u00e9todo del plato saludable de Harvard.
