Cuando los clientes act\u00faan para cambiar sus comportamientos de salud, r\u00e1pidamente se hace evidente que mantener estos comportamientos es lo m\u00e1s complicado.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan dif\u00edcil cambiar los comportamientos? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>La verdad es que la mayor\u00eda de las personas quieren estar bien y tener el control de su salud, pero a menudo se enfrentan a las exigencias de la vida cotidiana. S\u00ed, es cierto que los clientes generalmente esperan que usted sea un experto, sin embargo en HWC aprendes a ceder el control y dejar que el cliente dirija. Las preguntas abiertas permiten a los clientes tomar un papel activo en su sesi\u00f3n de coaching mientras exploran los impactos positivos y negativos de sus comportamientos desde su propia perspectiva. Nunca se sabe lo especial que puede resultar para un cliente el disponer de la atenci\u00f3n completa y sin prejuicios de alguien. En CSB, la escucha proporciona una oportunidad para que los clientes encuentren las respuestas y ayuda a mejorar la calidad de las conversaciones entre coaches y clientes.
