As\u00ed que estos consejos te ayudar\u00e1n a verlo todo m\u00e1s claro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.Evitar conductas compensatorias:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>a pesar de haber comido en exceso durante estas fechas, no intentes compensarlo ahora salt\u00e1ndote comidas, restringiendo alimentos o comiendo mucha menos cantidad de lo normal. Vuelve a tu rutina habitual de entrenamiento:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>no te obligues a entrenar como nunca antes lo hab\u00edas hecho por ese sentimiento de culpa que te persigue. As\u00ed, solo conseguir\u00e1s lesionarte (\u00a1o peor a\u00fan, enfermarte!)\u00a0\u00a0y tendr\u00e1s que estar m\u00e1s tiempo parado\/a, por lo que te costar\u00e1 m\u00e1s volver a la normalidad. Vuelve a entrenar como venias haci\u00e9ndolo, y tomate las navidades como un peque\u00f1o descanso para volver con m\u00e1s ganas y fuerza.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Cuida tu salud mental:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>dedica tiempo en estas fechas a tus familiares y amigos m\u00e1s cercanos, y disfruta de la comida. No te obsesiones pensado en qu\u00e9 comer\u00e1s o si es m\u00e1s o menos saludable, e intenta gestionar y manejar tus emociones de una forma positiva.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>5.
