El \u2018picoteo\u2019 est\u00e1 muy presente en estas celebraciones y resulta dif\u00edcil controlar cu\u00e1nto se est\u00e1 comiendo. Una buena opci\u00f3n es coger un plato vac\u00edo y servirte en \u00e9l lo que vas a comer, as\u00ed ser\u00e1s mucho m\u00e1s consciente.<\/li>\n<li>Moderarte con el consumo de <strong>alcohol<\/strong>. Puede llegar a\u00a0 representar un 20% de tu aporte cal\u00f3rico total. \u00a1Una de agua, una de vino!<\/li>\n<li>Deja unos<strong> 5-10 minutos<\/strong> entre plato y plato. Sobretodo en el postre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mastica<\/strong> muy bien. La masticaci\u00f3n influye en la saciedad. Si masticas descubrir\u00e1s que no puedes comer tanto como te apetec\u00eda en un principio\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Deja los <strong>cubiertos<\/strong> en la mesa, entre cucharada y cucharada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Escucha a tu cuerpo<\/strong> y hacer caso a la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad. \u00a1Si te dice basta, es basta!<\/li>\n<li>Retirar los <strong>postres<\/strong>\/dulces de la mesa para no seguir tentados. Pero no sin antes disfrutar de ellos.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>moderaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es la clave.
