{"id":1558,"date":"2014-09-08T09:53:07","date_gmt":"2014-09-08T09:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/?p=1558"},"modified":"2023-02-14T09:29:00","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T08:29:00","slug":"septiembre-recupera-tus-habitos-y-mejora-los-que-necesites-mejorar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/en\/blog\/septiembre-recupera-tus-habitos-y-mejora-los-que-necesites-mejorar\/","title":{"rendered":"Septiembre. \u00a1Recupera tus h\u00e1bitos y mejora los que necesites mejorar!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya ha llegado septiembre y para muchos es sin\u00f3nimo de <b>obligaciones<\/b>, <b>responsabilidades<\/b> and <b>vuelta<\/b> a la <b>rutina<\/b>. \u00a0El reencuentro con la realidad, despu\u00e9s de unas semanas de desmadre horario y flexibilidad absoluta, puede ser un poco chocante\u00a0 y requiere, como poco, darse un breve per\u00edodo (dos o tres d\u00edas) de adaptaci\u00f3n antes de exigirse el 100%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo importante es ir recuperando poco a poco los h\u00e1bitos que ten\u00edas antes de irte de vacaciones. Ser\u00eda bueno rescatar aquellos h\u00e1bitos saludables que ya ten\u00edas y decidirte, ahora que empiezas un nuevo ciclo, a mejorar los h\u00e1bitos que no eran tan buenos o de los que no estabas del todo satisfecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si quieres modificar algunos de los h\u00e1bitos que ten\u00edas antes, es importante que te planifiques y busques el para qu\u00e9 quieres mejorar o modificar estos h\u00e1bitos. De esta manera podr\u00e1s focalizarte y buscar las herramientas y recursos propios, necesarios para lograr el cambio que quieres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cambio de h\u00e1bitos ya sea en relaci\u00f3n con la alimentaci\u00f3n o en cualquier otro \u00e1mbito de la vida, pasa por elaborar un <b>plan de acci\u00f3n<\/b>, marcando unos <b>objetivos<\/b> <b>principales<\/b>, valorando la <b>motivaci\u00f3n<\/b> y la <b>confianza<\/b> que tienes contigo mismo para lograr esos objetivos, anotando qu\u00e9 <b>obst\u00e1culos<\/b> te puedes encontrar, para as\u00ed poder buscar <b>recursos <\/b>propios o ajenos y solventar esos obst\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los aspectos que deber\u00edas tener presentes para que el d\u00eda a d\u00eda suceda con \u00e9xito y te despiertes cada ma\u00f1ana con una sonrisa son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recupera los horarios de sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vuelve a tus buenos h\u00e1bitos alimentarios.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reinicia la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continua con las\u00a0 actividades de ocio que te gustan y te hacen sentir bien.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disfruta de los peque\u00f1os placeres de cada d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Para lograr aquello que deseas, debes de ACTUAR.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b><i>T\u00fa eres tan fuerte como tu pr\u00f3ximo movimiento<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay un chiste italiano que dice as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un se\u00f1or muy devoto iba siempre a la iglesia y se sentaba delante del santo y le rogaba:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <i>Por favor, por favor, por favor, conc\u00e9deme el don de que me toque la loter\u00eda. Y esto se repite durante 4 meses.
