Luego, una vez en el avi\u00f3n, a\u00fan quedan unas cuantas horas m\u00e1s que se pueden hacer interminables, y en estos momentos, para \u201cmatar\u201d el tiempo<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> se compran alimentos no demasiado sanos como pasar ratos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00bfQui\u00e9n no se ha comido un toblerone en un aeropuerto? \u00bfO se ha comprado unas chips sin tener hambre, solo por mantenerse entretenido? <\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los humanos, somos los \u00fanicos animales que comemos sin tener hambre y bebemos sin tener sed, habitualmente lo hacemos para distraernos o para mantenernos ocupados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/airport-snack_300.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1461\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/airport-snack_300.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"airport-snack_300\"   srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/airport-snack_300.jpg?w=300&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/airport-snack_300.jpg?resize=252%2C300&amp;ssl=1 252w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos controlar esto? <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que podemos hacer es distraernos y entretenernos con otra cosa, estos ratos son ideales para estirar las piernas, ya que luego pasaremos unas cuantas horas sentados en las butacas del avi\u00f3n. Podemos ir a las librer\u00edas a mirar libros y cotillear revistas, podemos ir a las tiendas de ropa o zapatos, probarnos colonias y maquillaje, todo esto normalmente es m\u00e1s caro que una chocolatina o unas chips, por lo que nos abstendremos \u00a0de comprarlo, y m\u00e1s si a\u00fan quedan todas las vacaciones por delante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Adem\u00e1s de esto, en relaci\u00f3n al control alimentario, podemos hacer lo siguiente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de ir al aeropuerto, pensad cuantas horas estar\u00e9is all\u00ed y si durante esas horas hay alguna de las comidas principales (desayuno, media ma\u00f1ana, comida, merienda o cena). Como lo m\u00e1s probable es que la respuesta sea s\u00ed, entonces lo m\u00e1s inteligente es que la <b>PLANIFIQUEIS <\/b>para que no os coja desprevenidos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Si se trata del desayuno, la media ma\u00f1ana o la merienda, te lo puedes traer desde casa. Puedes hacerte un bocadillo, coger algo de fruta o unas barritas de cereales y pedirte un caf\u00e9, en alg\u00fan bar del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si haces esto, adem\u00e1s de ahorrarte un dineral, te aseguras que lo que comes es de buena calidad y no es un s\u00e1ndwich prefabricado o un bocadillo preparado con pan que parece chicle o evitar comprarte algo de boller\u00eda industrial que no te aportar\u00e1 nada bueno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Si se trata la comida o la cena, llev\u00e1rselo es un poco m\u00e1s complicado aunque puedes optar por un bocadillo tambi\u00e9n o ir a alg\u00fan restaurante y pedir de forma inteligente. El hecho de estar en un aeropuerto<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> no te exime de cuidar tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pensad que durante el vuelo pasamos muchas horas sentados, hecho que hace que se reduzca la movilidad del tubo digestivo y la secreci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica y se produzca una expansi\u00f3n de gases, que explican la pesadez y el hinchaz\u00f3n abdominal. Durante los vuelos podemos sufrir: hinchaz\u00f3n en piernas y abdomen, sed excesiva, mareos, n\u00e1useas, debilidad\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y si a esto adem\u00e1s le a\u00f1adimos<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> la comilona que nos hemos pegado, la verdad es que muy buen vuelo no tendremos, as\u00ed que lo m\u00e1s recomendable es que:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0 la comida previa no sea muy copiosa, lo m\u00e1s ligera posible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0 no prob\u00e9is alimentos nuevos o salsas extra\u00f1as ya que nos pueden hacer pasar un mal rato. Por ejemplo, si estamos en la India y aun nos quedan 3 horas para embarcar y es la hora de comer, es preferible no probar ning\u00fan plato t\u00edpico de all\u00ed, ya que es posible que nos caiga mal en el est\u00f3mago y podemos tener diarreas, ardores\u2026 y pasar un vuelo bastante malo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/snacks-airport.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1462\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/snacks-airport.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"snacks airport\"   srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/snacks-airport.jpg?w=306&amp;ssl=1 306w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/snacks-airport.jpg?resize=300%2C343&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/snacks-airport.jpg?resize=262%2C300&amp;ssl=1 262w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 306px) 100vw, 306px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Para tener un buen vuelo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">HIDRATARSE: es vital para evitar la sensaci\u00f3n de sed excesiva y la pesadez e hinchaz\u00f3n de piernas. Lo ideal es consumir agua mineral y a poder ser de mineralizaci\u00f3n d\u00e9bil. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 bien tomar alg\u00fan alimento rico en potasio para as\u00ed ayudar a la eliminaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos. No es recomendable a\u00f1adir sal al men\u00fa del avi\u00f3n. Y si en lugar de caf\u00e9 vamos tomando t\u00e9s o infusiones, mejor que mejor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Limitar las bebidas carbonatadas (con gas), ya que provocan distensi\u00f3n abdominal, y tened en cuenta que tampoco es recomendable el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas durante el vuelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">COMER LIGERO Y BAJO EN GRASAS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evitar las verduras flatulentas como alcachofas, br\u00f3coli, coles, verdura cruda\u2026, ya que puede crearnos un malestar continuo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cocciones ligeras como plancha, vapor, hervido u horno, ya que todas las salsas o cocciones ricas en grasa necesitan una digesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s compleja y ralentizan el proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evitar postres contundentes, con chocolate, nata, galleta, leche condensada ya que puede ser un exceso energ\u00e9tico para pasarnos varias horas sin movernos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">COMER POCO Y A MENUDO<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Si el vuelo es muy largo, es recomendable hacer varias ingestas para mantener los niveles de glucosa estables y as\u00ed no sufrir mareos o hipoglucemias durante el vuelo.
