Esas tardes de playa o piscina que tanto a\u00f1oramos a lo largo del a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>\u00a1Y qu\u00e9 bien esas vacaciones tan merecidas! Pero ellas no vienen solas, vienen acompa\u00f1adas del calor. Y c\u00f3mo nos apetece ese postre que nos quita el calor, ese helado o sorbete\u2026<\/p><p>Todos sabemos que ese postre que tanto nos gusta a lo mejor no cuenta con la mejor calidad nutricional. Con la ayuda del verano y la multitud de frutas que nos regala, te vamos a ense\u00f1ar algunas de estas y algunos ejemplos de postres que podemos hacer con ellas para que t\u00fa puedas armar el secos<\/li><li>Aceite de coco<\/li><li>Crema de frutos secos (cacahuete, almendras, anacardos)<\/li><li>Canela<\/li><li>Leche\/bebida vegetal<\/li><li>Queso fresco batido\/yogures naturales sin az\u00facar<\/li><li>Chocolate (&gt; 85%)<\/li><\/ul><p>Nuestras queridas frutas del verano destacan por ser refrescantes, tener un color llamativo, su agradable sabor dulz\u00f3n, ser ricas en agua (lo que les hace una opci\u00f3n interesante y diferente para hidratarnos). \u00a0Tambi\u00e9n cuentan con un bajo aporte cal\u00f3rico y con una gran cantidad de antioxidantes, vitaminas y minerales.<\/p><p>EJEMPLOS DE POSTRES:<\/p><ul><li>Macedonia de fresones, pl\u00e1tano, mel\u00f3n ar\u00e1ndanos y peras de verano<\/li><li>Helado de pl\u00e1tano con fresones<\/li><li>Sorbete de sand\u00eda con trocitos de menta<\/li><li>Helado de aguacate y cacao puro y d\u00e1tiles<\/li><li>Helado de pl\u00e1tano y cereza<\/li><li>Yogur helado de fresas<\/li><li>Sorbete de lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>Helado de chocolate y frambuesas<\/li><li>Sorbete de mel\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>RECETAS DE HELADOS\/SORBETES:<\/h2><p><u>Magnum saludable:<\/u><\/p><ul><li><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><ul><li>Para el relleno:<ul><li>175 g de anacardos<\/li><li>1 taza de bebida vegetal (a elecci\u00f3n)<\/li><li>1 pl\u00e1tano maduro<\/li><li>5 \u2013 6 d\u00e1tiles<\/li><li>15 g de aceite de coco<\/li><li>2 cp de extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Para la cobertura:<ul><li>1 tableta de chocolate negro (&gt;85%)<\/li><li>Frutos secos (al gusto: anacardos, almendras, nueces pecanas, nueces de macadamica, cacahuates\u2026)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Pasos:<\/em><ul><li>Remojar los anacardos la noche anterior.<\/li><li>Cortar el pl\u00e1tano en trocitos y meterlos en el congelador durante toda la noche.<\/li><li>Colocar los anacardos remojados en una batidora.<\/li><li>Deshuesar los d\u00e1tiles y ponerlos en la batidora con los trocitos de pl\u00e1tano congelado, la leche vegetal, el aceite de coco y las dos cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla.<\/li><li>Triturar todo hasta obtener una crema suave y completamente homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li>Verter la masa en moldes y congelarla durante 6-8h.<\/li><li>Deshacer el chocolate y una vez deshecho, sacamos los helados del congelador y lo vertimos por encima de estos para crear la cobertura.<\/li><li>Mientras el chocolate est\u00e1 caliente ponemos por encima el fruto seco que m\u00e1s nos guste por encima y dejamos que se sand\u00eda:<\/u><\/p><ul><li><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><ul><li>\u00bd Sand\u00eda<\/li><li>\u00bd Lima<\/li><li>Un pu\u00f1ado de menta (para decorar)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Pasos:<\/em><ul><li>Trocear la sand\u00eda y meterla en el congelador durante toda la noche (o hasta que est\u00e9 bien congelada).<\/li><li>Poner los trocitos de sand\u00eda congelados en la batidora y una vez se bata, ponemos med\u00eda tacita de lima.<\/li><li>Batimos todo y vamos a\u00f1adiendo lima al gusto.<\/li><li>Ponemos el sorbete en vasos y le sin az\u00facar<\/li><li>2 \u2013 3 D\u00e1tiles<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Pasos:<\/em><ul><li>Troceamos el pl\u00e1tano y lo congelamos durante toda la noche.<\/li><li>Deshuesamos los d\u00e1tiles.<\/li><li>Ponemos los trocitos de pl\u00e1tano congelado en la batidora junto al queso fresco batido y lo batimos.<\/li><li>Una vez batido, a\u00f1adimos 1 \u2013 2 tazas de fresas congeladas y los d\u00e1tiles deshuesados en la batidora y batiremos todo hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a1Buen provecho!<\/h2><p><a
