Hazlo bueno, f\u00e1cil y sano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En alguna ocasi\u00f3n, te has encontrado en la cocina por la ma\u00f1ana y no tener ni idea de qu\u00e9 desayunar.<\/p>\n<p>Ta vez, la noche anterior te hayas propuesto que har\u00e1s un desayuno saludable y delicioso, como algunos de los que has visto en instagram. Pero llega la ma\u00f1ana y te encontramos ah\u00ed, en medio de la cocina sin saber por d\u00f3nde empezar, as\u00ed que te rindes y al final coges lo de siempre, las misma tostada, el mismo bol de cereales o el zumo de brick, porque es m\u00e1s sencillo y lo tienes controlado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfte ha pasado esto alguna vez?, si la respuesta es si este es tu post, ya que aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1s algunos alimentos que puedes utilizar para el desayuno y algunas recetas sencillitas, pero deliciosas para que pongas manos a la obra y por fin logres hacer un desayuno que aparte de saludable, est\u00e1 buen\u00edsimo, es f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido de hacer.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que puedo utilizar en el desayuno?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cacao puro desgrasado.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e1tiles (o cualquier otro tipo de fruta deshidratada).<\/li>\n<li>Fruta de temporada.<\/li>\n<li>Canela en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>Leche\/ bebida vegetal.<\/li>\n<li>Cereales (avena, mixes de cereales sin az\u00facar, granola, copos de espelta, corn flakes sin az\u00facar, arroz inflado\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Yogur natural\/ queso fresco batido\/k\u00e9fir.<\/li>\n<li>AOVE (aceite de oliva virgen extra)<\/li>\n<li>Pan (de masa madre, integral, espelta\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Fiambre de pechuga de pollo o pavo (recordamos que debemos de mirar que cuanto mayor porcentaje de carne contenga, mejor).<\/li>\n<li>Semillas (lino, ch\u00eda, s\u00e9samo).<\/li>\n<li>Crema de frutos secos (avellana, cacahuete\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Frutos secos naturales o tostados naturales sin sal.<\/li>\n<li>Queso fresco.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate (a partir del 85%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con esta lista ya puedes hacer miles de combinaciones y crear desayunos incre\u00edbles, aqu\u00ed van algunos ejemplos para que puedes hacer y obviamente luego le puedes dar tu punto de creatividad.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gachas de avena con cacao, frutos rojos y canela.<\/li>\n<li>Tostadas de aguacate con fiambre de pavo.<\/li>\n<li>Tostadas con crema de frutos secos y fruta.<\/li>\n<li>Queso fresco batido con cereales, fruta y semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Huevos revueltos con espinacas y una rebanada de pan.<\/li>\n<li>Un batido de pl\u00e1tano y frutos rojos con una cucharada de crema de frutos secos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ahora despu\u00e9s de los ejemplos, dejaremos unas recetas para que comiences tus d\u00edas con energ\u00eda:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mug cake a la taza:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>INGREDIENTES:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Harina de avena 50g.<\/li>\n<li>1 Huevo.<\/li>\n<li>1 cda peque\u00f1a de levadura qu\u00edmica.<\/li>\n<li>1 pl\u00e1tano maduro.<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>1 cda peque\u00f1a de esencia de vainilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>PASOS:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Cogemos el pl\u00e1tano y lo chafamos con un tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos la harina de avena, el huevo y el cda de levadura qu\u00edmica y lo movemos<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos el pl\u00e1tano chafado dentro y lo movemos hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea<\/li>\n<li>Lo ponemos en el microondas a potencia alta durante dos minutos \u2013 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gachas de avena al microondas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>INGREDIENTES:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Copos de avena 50g.<\/li>\n<li>Leche o bebida vegetal 290ml.<\/li>\n<li>Cacao puro desgrasado.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e1til 1.<\/li>\n<li>Almendras tostadas sin sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>PASOS:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Ponemos los copos de avena en un bol con la leche\/ bebida vegetal, el cacao puro desgrasado y lo movemos hasta que no hay un grumo de cacao.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos a trocitos el d\u00e1til, lo ponemos en el bol y lo movemos todo otra vez.<\/li>\n<li>Lo ponemos al microondas a m\u00e1xima potencia durante unos 2 &#8211; 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez fuera del microondas le pondremos por encima un pu\u00f1ado de fresas y otro<\/li>\n<li>peque\u00f1o de almendras \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tostadas de aguacate con huevo al microondas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>INGREDIENTES:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Pan de espelta.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd aguacate.<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>PASOS:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortamos una rebanada de pan de espelta y la ponemos a tostar.<\/li>\n<li>Cogemos el aguacate, lo cortamos por la mitad, le sacamos el hueso y le quitamos la c\u00e1scara para c\u00f3rtalo en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n<li>Rompemos el huevo en un bol peque\u00f1o, le ponemos sal, lo tapamos con un plato o una tapa y lo ponemos a potencia media durante 45 segundos o 1 minuto.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos las l\u00e1minas de aguacate en la tostada.<\/li>\n<li>Desmoldamos el huevo y lo pondremos encima de la
