Esta pr\u00e1ctica tan antigua, proveniente de Asia y Europa, est\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s presente en nuestra dieta de lo que nos pensamos ya que muchos de nuestros alimentos b\u00e1sicos proceden de esta t\u00e9cnica; pan, cerveza, yogur, vinagre\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otros menos conocidos, provenientes de otras culturas, van ganando fama como: tempeh, kimchi, k\u00e9fir, kombucha, miso, chucrut\u2026 todos ellos adem\u00e1s de aportar variedad a nuestra gastronom\u00eda, se les conoce por tener numerosos beneficios relacionados con la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos beneficios que se les atribuye a los alimentos fermentados, se deben a la presencia de los microorganismos que quedan restantes tras el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n, los cuales pueden actuar como probi\u00f3ticos. No en todos los productos podemos encontrarnos microorganismos vivos, ya que algunos mueren en el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n (como el pan).
