M\u00ednimamente, deber\u00edamos consumir 25 gramos de fibra al d\u00eda.<\/p><h2>Pescado:<\/h2><ul><li>Cabracho<\/li><li>Merluza<\/li><li>Arenque<\/li><li>Salm\u00f3n<\/li><li>At\u00fan<\/li><li>Bonito<\/li><li>Centollo<\/li><li>Bacalao<\/li><li>Trucha<\/li><li>Rodaballo<\/li><li>Mero<\/li><\/ul><p>Es muy importante asegurar una buena fuente de \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3 (como la proveniente del pescado) , por sus funciones antiinflamatorias, reguladoras de colesterol, mejora de salud cardiovascular, mejora cognitiva, mantenimiento de la piel\u2026<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13112\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/pescado.png?resize=670%2C504&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/pescado.png?w=479&amp;ssl=1 479w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/pescado.png?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/>El consumo de pescado tambi\u00e9n es muy recomendable debido a que su prote\u00edna es de alto valor biol\u00f3gico, es decir contiene todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales. Su contenido en minerales tambi\u00e9n es interesante sobre todo por ser fuente de f\u00f3sforo (absorci\u00f3n de calcio) y selenio ( propiedades antioxidantes, mantenimiento tiroides, funciones inmunitarias\u2026).<\/p><p>Todo son ventajas a la hora de comprar alimentos de temporada, los precios son m\u00e1s asequibles, es m\u00e1s favorable para el medio ambiente ya que no tenemos que importar estos productos de fuera, son productos de agricultura de proximidad, por tanto ayudamos a la econom\u00eda local y adem\u00e1s el contenido nutricional es mucho m\u00e1s interesante a nivel de vitaminas y minerales que productos de invernadero.<\/p><p>Algunos ejemplos de platos que podemos cocinar con toda esa amplia variedad de productos ser\u00edan:<\/p><ul><li>Revuelto de esp\u00e1rragos con ajos tiernos y langostinos<\/li><li>Ensalada de cogollos, r\u00e1banos, fresas y queso fresco<\/li><li>Merluza con guisantes y calabaza asada<\/li><li>Pi\u00f1ones con tirabeques<\/li><li>Arroz con calamares y habas tiernas<\/li><li>Potaje de garbanzos con bacalao y espinacas<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/en\/servicios\/consulta-dietetica\/\">Nutritional Coaching<\/a><\/p><p>Luz Ye<\/p><ol><li>Catarino MD, Alves-Silva JM, Pereira OR, Cardoso SM.
