De hecho, tal como explica Laura Palomares, psic\u00f3loga y directora de Avance Psic\u00f3logos, este cuadro de\u00a0<strong>fatiga<\/strong>, con\u00a0<strong>falta de energ\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0y sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio continuado, que no remite con el\u00a0<strong>descanso<\/strong>, suele darse precisamente con la\u00a0<strong>primavera<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<p class=\"voc-p\">Aunque estos\u00a0<strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong>\u00a0ir\u00e1n remitiendo poco a poco, lo cierto es que a algunas personas les puede causar un letargo dif\u00edcil de llevar si no saben c\u00f3mo gestionarlo. Por eso es fundamental buscar la manera de contrarrestar los<strong>\u00a0efectos de la astenia primaveral<\/strong>\u00a0mediante los h\u00e1bitos de vida saludable y especialmente mediante la alimentaci\u00f3n.
