Esto genera un impacto negativo sobre la masa muscular clave para el buen mantenimiento de la salud. En la diapositiva mostramos los factores de riesgo m\u00e1s habituales para poder minimizarlos en la medida de lo posible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Por otro lado, esta <strong>p\u00e9rdida de masa muscular<\/strong> genera una serie de consecuencias importantes que impactan sobre la calidad y esperanza de vida de las personas. La baja masa muscular (sarcopenia, fragilidad y caquexia por enfermedad), el envejecimiento y la desnutrici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n son motivo de p\u00e9rdida de masa muscular. Existe mucha evidencia que <strong>asocia la baja masa muscular y el deterioro o discapacidad f\u00edsica<\/strong>, aumento riesgo de ca\u00eddas y fracturas, mayor duraci\u00f3n de la estad\u00eda hospitalaria, mala cicatrizaci\u00f3n de heridas, mayor necesidad de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, mayor riesgo de complicaciones postoperatorias, mala calidad de vida, aumento en la progresi\u00f3n tumoral, aumento de la toxicidad de determinados tratamientos y como conclusi\u00f3n reducci\u00f3n de la esperanza de vida.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>La resistencia anab\u00f3lica (dificultad para fabricar masa muscular) fruto de la edad y otros factores, a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s complejidad a esta situaci\u00f3n. Es importante conocer que factores aumentan la resistencia anab\u00f3lica muscular para combatirlos y minimizarlos. Por otro lado, una <strong>buena planificaci\u00f3n deportiva<\/strong> (ejercicio de fuerza principalmente) junto a una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong>, baja en productos proiinflamatorios (carnes, procesados, az\u00facares\u2026) y con un buen aporte de prote\u00edna de calidad (ingestas de 0\u20194-0,5 gr prote\u00edna\/Kg varias veces al d\u00eda) con 2-3 gr de leucina por toma, ayudar\u00e1n a mejorar esta situaci\u00f3n. La masa muscular es una fuente de salud, si pierdes masa muscular, perder\u00e1s salud.
