Se absorben y se utilizan de manera sumamente eficiente dentro de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfSon una moda o una realidad?<\/h2>\n<p>Los que ahora llamamos s\u00faper alimentos se vienen utilizado desde muchos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s. Muchas culturas ancestrales de todo el mundo, como la Maya, Azteca, Inca, Babil\u00f3nica, entre muchos otras, los han utilizado como sus principales alimentos. Estas culturas ya hab\u00edan experimentado el potencial de algunas frutas, ra\u00edces, semillas, granos y plantas.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que los s\u00faper alimentos, no son m\u00e1s que esto: algunas frutas, verduras, ra\u00edces, semillas, granos, y plantas, que son extraordinariamente saludables, ya que contienen una cantidad elevada de estos nutrientes esenciales que mencion\u00e1bamos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17372 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/blog06.jpg?resize=800%2C533&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/blog06.jpg?w=900&amp;ssl=1 900w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/blog06.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/blog06.jpg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/blog06.jpg?resize=600%2C400&amp;ssl=1 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parece que estos s\u00faper alimentos sean los superh\u00e9roes de la alimentaci\u00f3n, pero debemos ir con cuidado, porque no son la panacea y no curan enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>Existen diferentes opiniones sobre estos alimentos, sin refutar los innegables beneficios que contienen y que favorecen el buen funcionamiento del organismo, lo cierto es que ni curan ni salvan vidas. El simple hecho de introducir estos alimentos no arregla los posibles desequilibrios que puede haber al llevar otras pr\u00e1cticas no saludables en tu organismo. UU. 2015-2020<\/a> recomiendan patrones de alimentaci\u00f3n saludables, \u00ab<strong>combinando opciones saludables de todos los grupos de alimentos, prestando atenci\u00f3n a los l\u00edmites de calor\u00edas\u00bb<\/strong>. Es decir, que para estar saludables y poder prevenir ciertas patolog\u00edas (hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, enfermedades card\u00edacas, diabetes y ciertos tipos de c\u00e1ncer), se debe llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n variada basada en plantas y siguiendo una dieta estilo mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n<p>Si quieres saber que \u00ab<em>superalimentos<\/em>\u00bb son los m\u00e1s recomendables, no te pierdas el post de la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les crees que ser\u00e1n?
