Es momento de cambiar y preparar algo fresco para esta nueva temporada.<\/p>\n<p>El verano nos brinda una gran variedad de alimentos con colores y sabores que nos permiten hacer m\u00faltiples de recetas para tomarlas fr\u00edas. Se trata de variar al m\u00e1ximo y sacarle todo el provecho posible a todos los productos de temporada y de <a href=\"https:\/\/institute.nutritionalcoaching.com\/curso\/alimentacion-sostenible-curso-online\/\">proximidad<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los platos estrellas del verano es el <strong>gazpacho. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El tomate, tiene muchas propiedades beneficiosas para la salud:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Reduce los riesgos de <strong>accidente vascular cerebral<\/strong>\u00a0y disminuye los efectos del\u00a0<strong>envejecimiento<\/strong>\u00a0sobre las\u00a0<strong>funciones cerebrales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce el\u00a0<strong>colesterol<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Evita\u00a0<strong>enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong>\u00a0y reduce el\u00a0<strong>riesgo de infarto<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tiene un <strong>efecto diur\u00e9tico<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ayuda a <strong>combatir\u00a0 infecciones.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Algunos estudios cient\u00edficos aseguran que el tomate ayuda a\u00a0<strong>prevenir<\/strong>\u00a0algunos tipos de\u00a0<strong>c\u00e1ncer<\/strong>\u00a0(p\u00e1ncreas, est\u00f3mago, pr\u00f3stata y digestivo).<\/li>\n<li>Buen regulador del\u00a0<strong>tr\u00e1nsito intestinal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protege la piel<\/strong>\u00a0de los rayos ultravioletas.<\/li>\n<li>Favorece la r\u00e1pida<strong>\u00a0cicatrizaci\u00f3n de heridas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Por lo tanto no es de menospreciar esta hortaliza. El gazpacho y se consume much\u00edsimo en Espa\u00f1a, pero a veces puede llegar a aburrir un poco. As\u00ed que para innovar un poco, aqu\u00ed te dejamos unas recetas distintas para poder sorprenderte a ti y a tu familia. Ad\u00e9ntrate en la cocina y sorprende con estas recetas deliciosas y super nutritivas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Buen provecho!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>SALMOREJO DE AGUACATE:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>INGREDIENTES:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr de aguacates.<\/li>\n<li>800 gr de tomates maduros.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de AOVE.<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Daditos de jam\u00f3n serrano.<\/li>\n<li>Huevos picados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>PROCESO:<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Pelamos y troceamos los tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos los tomates en el vaso de la batidora y ponemos un chorro de AOVE.<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos y troceamos el aguacate y lo a\u00f1adimos en el vaso de la batidora con el tomate y el AOVE.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos en el vaso de la batidora el diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos vinagre y sal al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Batimos todo hasta que quede un pur\u00e9 homog\u00e9neo y suave.<\/li>\n<li>Hervimos el huevo y una vez est\u00e9 hervido lo cortamos en daditos peque\u00f1os que pondremos encima junto a los daditos de jam\u00f3n serrano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16959 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/pexels-ponyo-sakana-4194613-200x300-1.jpg?resize=452%2C678&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"452\" height=\"678\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>GAZPACHO DE REMOLACHA:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>INGREDIENTES:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd kg de tomates maduros.<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de remolacha.
