Transmiti\u00e9ndole una microbiota rica podremos ayudarle a desarrollar correctamente su sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>En un estudio reciente sobre la Diabetes Mellitus Gestacional [1] se observ\u00f3 que las mujeres con esta alteraci\u00f3n presentaban una microbiota intestinal diferente a las mujeres normogluc\u00e9micas. Para ello, se examinarion los cambios en la microbiota intestinal entre el primer y segundo trimestre de embarazo llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n de que una reducida variabilidad en la microbiota durante el embarazo se asocia con diabetes mellitus gestacional.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/pexels-lucas-mendes-3094435-scaled-1.jpg?resize=670%2C447&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"447\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para enriquecer nuestra microbiota intestinal y evitar este tipo de alteraciones debemos tener en cuenta que la alimentaci\u00f3n, junto a otros factores perinatales como el modo de parto, exposici\u00f3n a antibi\u00f3ticos y lactancia, ser\u00e1n clave en la composici\u00f3n de nuestra microbiota intestinal, por lo que mantener una dieta saludable nos ayudar\u00e1 no s\u00f3lo a cuidarnos nosotras, sino a nuestro beb\u00e9 ayudando a prevenir patolog\u00edas como la obesidad o las alergias [2]. Los probi\u00f3ticos, prebi\u00f3ticos, prote\u00ednas vegetales y \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3 parecen ser alimentos clave para mantener sana nuestra microbiota. A continuaci\u00f3n, te mostramos algunos ejemplos de ellos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Probi\u00f3ticos<\/b>: yogur natural y k\u00e9fir<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prebi\u00f3ticos<\/b>: ajo, cebolla, pl\u00e1tano, cereales integrales. Son fibras que no podemos digerir, por lo que son fermentadas por la microbiota intestinal<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prote\u00ednas vegetales<\/b>: tofu, soja texturizada, garbanzos, quinoa, champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00c1cidos grasos omega 3<\/b>: aceite de lino, aceite de oliva, frutos secos, pescado azul, aguacate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/nutritionalcoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/pexels-pixabay-414262-scaled-1.jpg?resize=670%2C980&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"980\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Aunque necesitamos incorporar estos alimentos en nuestra dieta de manera regular, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edamos reducir el consumo de ciertos alimentos como az\u00facares simples y grasas saturadas.
